Since our Website offers digital services we do not provide refunds after the Service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any Service on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the service description before making a purchase.

But in particular conditions, we can provide a refund if we cannot give any service to the customer.

We refund the payment to the customer in the condition that the product purchased by the customer is not downloaded or some technical problem occurs. In such a condition, the customer will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days on their original payment method.
